EO Bhopal Spousal Chair conducted a face yoga workshop for its spousal members with Ms.Vibhuti Arora. Vibhuti is a certified face yoga and face tools practitioner. The members had a guided session with her in which they learnt stretching exercises of the face, followed by yoga and then cool down. Members also learnt the right way of applying cream and lotion on the face on a daily basis. The session was highly appreciated and loved by all.
