EO BHOPAL organized fun and engaging learning cook-off event with celebrity chef Mr Rahul Gladwin Massey on 13th September 2020. A basket of exotic ingredients and vegetables were sent to members residence a day prior.
It was a cook along activity where all participants learnt about preparing Italian Cuisine. Chef Rahul taught some amazing dishes like “Panzanella Salad with a Twist”,” Risotto al Funghi”,” Pick me up Tiramisu” and “Fusilli con Pomodoro e Parmigiana”.He shared a lot of fun tips and tricks through the course of workshop. The event was attended by 17 members and moderated by Mr. Amit Khurana.
It encouraged everyone to bring out their culinary skills.
